Mobile EV charging is a brand-new service in Mexico City that brings the charger directly to you. Instead of searching for a charging station, one of our mobile units drives to your location—home, work, or even on the road—and charges your EV on the spot.

Where in Mexico City do you operate?
We cover the entire Mexico City metro area, including central neighborhoods like Polanco, Roma, Condesa, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas. If you’re not sure, just enter your location in the app to check coverage.
How do I request a mobile charge?
You can request a charge in two easy ways:
App: Download the BeeCharged app, enter your vehicle and location, and confirm your request.
Phone: Call our customer support number directly for fast assistance.
Can I schedule a charge in advance?
Yes. Through the app, you can book a charge for a specific time and place—for example, while you’re at the office, gym, or an event.
How quickly will the charger arrive?
Our response time is usually 15–30 minutes depending on traffic and your exact location in Mexico City. The app will show you the estimated arrival time in real-time.
What happens if my EV runs out of charge on the road?
Don’t worry. BeeCharged offers emergency roadside charging. We’ll come to your exact location—even highways or parking lots—and give you enough range to get moving again.
How much range will I get?
A standard BeeCharged mobile session can add 50–100 miles (80–160 km) of driving range in about 15–30 minutes, depending on your vehicle’s model.
Is the service reliable?
Yes. We operate 24/7 across Mexico City with trained EV technicians and certified equipment. Our mobile units are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Is it safe for my car?
Absolutely. All our chargers are certified and tested for EV compatibility. Our technicians follow strict safety protocols to protect your car, battery, and charging system.
How much does it cost?
We offer two simple options:
Pay-Per-Use: Pay for the energy delivered and the distance traveled.
Membership Plan: Unlimited charging for a fixed monthly fee—ideal if you drive daily or don’t have home charging access.
